Player's Handbook
Welcome to Spitfire Mine – your safe, fun-filled Minecraft adventure begins here!
✨ Quick Overview
For Miners (Kids & Teens):
🎮 Build, explore, and play with friends in your own age zone!
🧱 Follow the rules, respect others, and ask a Villager (our friendly staff) if you need help.
For Parents:
👨👩👧👦 We provide age-based server zones, strict chat moderation, and safe, inclusive game play. Your child’s safety is our top priority.
📌 By joining Spitfire Mine, players agree to our Terms of Use, Code of Conduct, and understand the yearly Guild membership.
🧱 The Code of the Realm
To keep Spitfire Mine safe, fun, and fair for everyone, all Miners must follow these sacred server rules:
🟢 Do:
- Be kind to other Miners
- Help keep the Realm friendly
- Build awesome things and share with others
- Ask the Villagers (our mods/admins) for help if you’re unsure
🔴 Don’t:
- No griefing, stealing, or breaking others’ builds
- No hacking, cheating, or using ESP (X-ray) or mods to gain an unfair edge
- No bad language, rude builds, or bullying
- Never share personal info like your real name or address
- No Advertising: Avoid promoting other servers or services
🧑🌾 Age Zones in the Realm
The Realm is split into safe zones based on your age. This keeps play fair and fun:
🏰 Under 13 Realm:
- Extra safe with filtered chat and monitored builds
- No voice chat or outside links
- Always watched over by helpful Villagers
🛡️ 13–17 Realm:
- Chill chat allowed (keep it friendly)
- Builds and behavior still must follow Realm rules
- No violent or inappropriate content
🌄 18+ Realm (Spitfire Homestead):
- More freedom, but still family-friendly
- No adult content or NSFW talk allowed
⛏️ You must only play in your age-appropriate Realm.
🧾 Your Data and Safety
At Spitfire Mine, keeping our Miners safe is our highest priority — and that starts with protecting your personal information.
🔐 What We Collect:
- Your Minecraft username (so we know who you are in the Realm)
- Your age group (to place you in the right zone)
- An email address (yours, or your parent’s if you’re under 13)
👀 What We Use It For:
- To assign you to the correct Age Zone
- To contact you (or your parent) with important server updates
- To help Villagers (our moderators) keep the server safe and fair
- To support you if something goes wrong or you need help
🧱 How We Keep It Safe
At Spitfire Mine, we’re committed to creating a fun, safe, and secure Realm for all our Miners. Whether you’re building your first cobblestone hut or crafting epic castles, your safety matters.
🔒 Your Data Is Protected:
- Stored securely within the Realm
- Never sold or shared outside Spitfire Mine
- Access is limited to trusted Villagers (our staff), and only when needed
- Used solely to protect and improve your gameplay experience
🌟 Safety First — But Play at Your Own Risk
We’ve built age-based zones, enchanted chat filters, and active Villager moderation to keep the Realm family-friendly. But just like any online adventure, there are some risks.
By joining, you agree to play at your own risk. Parents are encouraged to supervise younger Miners and help them follow our Realm guidelines. Together, we can keep Spitfire Mine a magical and respectful place to play.
📢 Reporting Trouble in the Realm
Even in the safest of Realms, sometimes things don’t go quite right. Whether it’s a player breaking the rules, something that feels unfair, or a build that seems out of place, we’re here to help.
🧭 If You See Something, Say Something:
Miners are encouraged to help keep the Realm safe by reporting any concerns — big or small. This includes:
- Bullying, griefing, or stealing
- Inappropriate language, names, skins, or builds
- Someone playing in the wrong age zone
- Suspicious behavior or cheating
- Anything that makes you or someone else feel uncomfortable
🛠️ How to Report In-Game:
Use the /report
command directly from your chat box:/report [username] [what happened]
👉 Example: /report CreeperKid42 was griefing my farm!
📢 Reporting Trouble in the Realm (continued…)
📧 How to Report Outside the Game:
You (or your parent) can email our Villagers at: villager@spitfiremine.com
Please include:
- Your Minecraft username
- Who or what you’re reporting
- What happened, and when
- Any screenshots if you have them
🧑🌾 What Happens Next:
- A Villager will review the report and investigate
- If the rules were broken, we may issue a warning, mute, kick, or ban
- Reports are private and confidential — we’ll never share your identity with other players
🚨 False Reports:
Making fake reports on purpose is against the rules and may result in penalties. Always be honest — and if you’re not sure something’s a problem, it’s still okay to ask a Villager.
📌 Final Notes
🧑🌾 Everyone Is Accountable
No matter your rank or role in the Realm — whether you’re a new Miner, long-time player, or even a Villager (staff) — the rules apply to everyone. Titles and ranks do not grant immunity from consequences.
💰 No Real-World Trades or Fundraising
Spitfire Mine is about fun, not finances.
That means:
- No asking for money or donations
- No offering in-game items for real-world money
- No promoting personal fundraisers or causes
❗ Use Common Sense
This scroll doesn’t cover every single possible situation — and that’s okay!
Our Villagers may take action on any misbehavior, even if it’s not written here, if it affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
⚖️ Discord Rules Apply Too
If you’re part of our Discord community, remember: we follow Discord’s Terms of Service. Breaking those rules can get you banned from our Discord server — and possibly the Realm itself.
✨ When in doubt, ask a Villager — we’re here to help guide you.
