Who We Are
We’re a Kiwi family of Minecraft enthusiasts with a love for gaming and a passion for creating safe, positive spaces online. Mum, Dad (our resident Redstone wizard), and our 10-year-old daughter, the original Spitfire Miner. Like many young players, she dreamed of building with friends online—but the wild world of public servers made us uneasy. So, with some creative crafting and tech-savvy smarts, Spitfire Mine was built—block by block—with her safety (and fun!) at heart.
Why We Created Spitfire Mine
We wanted to create a Minecraft realm where players can mine, craft, and explore without worrying about creepers in the chat or griefers at their doorstep. At Spitfire Mine, everything is designed with families in mind—from carefully crafted age zones to a strong focus on kindness, creativity, and community. It’s the kind of server we wished existed for our daughter… so we built it—and now we’re inviting you to join the adventure.

Whether you’re a mini-miner just starting out, a teen builder dreaming big, or a parent looking for a family-friendly server, there’s a space here for you. Mini Miners – Under 13 Realm
Welcome to Mini Miners — the heart of Spitfire Mine and where our adventure first began!
Built block-by-block with care, this realm was crafted to give young players a safe, fun, and friendly space to explore the world of Minecraft — without the dangers of the wider internet.
Mini Miners is home to two awesome zones:
⛏️ Torchlight (Survival Mode)
Brave mobs, gather resources, and build your way through the wild in a kid-safe survival world full of teamwork and creativity.
✨ Blocky (Creative Mode)
Let imaginations take flight! Build castles, pixel art, dream homes — or anything at all — with unlimited blocks and zero creepers.
This realm is strictly for players under 13, and it’s where we placed our very first torch. As parents ourselves, we wanted a space where young miners could play, build, and explore without fear — and now we’re lighting the path for others.
Parental guidance is required, and we encourage grown-ups to stay connected, check in, or even grab a pickaxe and join in and play with their child on the 18+ family server! Our team of trusted moderators keeps the realm friendly and fun, ensuring it’s a safe space where players can learn, laugh, and level up — together.

Adventurers Campfire – Ages 13–17 Realm
Pull up a seat by the Adventurers Campfire, where stories are shared, builds are bold, and the next generation of Minecraft legends rise.
This realm is made just for teens, with the freedom to explore, create, and collaborate — while still being part of the safe, friendly Spitfire Mine community. It’s the perfect spot between Mini Miners and the grown-up Homestead, where independence grows but support is always nearby.
Inside Adventurers Campfire, you’ll find two epic realms to choose from:
🏰 Fortress (Survival Mode)
Gear up and get ready — Fortress is where you test your skills. Whether you’re defending your stronghold, trading with friends, or tackling custom challenges, survival here is all about strategy and spirit.
🛠️ Inventor (Creative Mode)
Dream big, build bigger. In Inventor, you’re the architect of your own world. From redstone contraptions to floating cities, this realm is where creators shine.
At the Campfire, teens are trusted with more freedom — but still play in a moderated and supportive space, where respect, teamwork, and good vibes are the rule. It’s a place to forge friendships, grow your skills, and shape your own Minecraft journey.

Spitfire Homestead – Ages 18+ Realm
Step into Spitfire Homestead, where seasoned players gather to embrace new challenges, craft epic adventures, and build lasting legacies in a community that values freedom, creativity, and camaraderie.
This realm is designed for those who’ve mastered the basics and are ready to level up their Minecraft journey. Whether you’re looking for a place to chill with friends or tackle grand projects, Spitfire Homestead offers a perfect balance of independence and collaboration.
Inside Spitfire Homestead, you’ll have two unique realms to explore:
🏜️ Frontier (Survival Mode)
The wild is waiting. In Frontier, you’re not just surviving — you’re thriving. Build, conquer, and explore, all while facing tough challenges and discovering new ways to collaborate and compete in the most thrilling survival experience yet.
⚒️ Forge (Creative Mode)
Create without limits. In Forge, your imagination is the only boundary. From intricate builds to large-scale masterpieces, this is where the best Minecraft architects push the boundaries of what’s possible.
In Spitfire Homestead, you’ll find more freedom to play your way, while still being part of the vibrant, supportive Spitfire Mine community. Respect, teamwork, and adventure are the heart of the Homestead.
